The right technique,
at the right time.

No two bodies — and no two injuries — respond the same way. I build your treatment plan from the techniques below based on your assessment, your goals, and how you progress.

Instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment

Chiropractic adjustment

Hands-on joint care using three complementary techniques, chosen for your comfort and your condition:

  • Diversified — the classic, precise manual adjustment used to restore joint motion in the spine and extremities.
  • Drop technique — a specialized table assists the adjustment, allowing effective treatment with less force.
  • Flexion-Distraction — gentle, rhythmic decompression that's especially useful for low back pain and disc-related conditions.

Acupuncture

Fine, sterile needles placed at targeted points to ease muscle tension, calm irritated nerves, reduce pain, and support tissue recovery. Often used alongside adjustments to help results last longer between visits.

IASTM Soft tissue

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization uses smooth, contoured tools to detect and break down scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions — restoring smooth, pain-free movement in muscles and tendons.

MRT Soft tissue

Targeted muscle release therapy that combines pressure with specific movement to work through tight, overworked muscles. Effective for stubborn tension, repetitive-strain issues, and restricted range of motion.

Low-Level Laser Therapy

A non-invasive light therapy that reduces inflammation and stimulates cellular repair in injured tissue. Comfortable and painless, it's a useful option for both fresh injuries and chronic conditions that have plateaued.

Areas of focus

Concussion & TMJ care.

Beyond general practice, I have focused training in two areas that are often under-treated.

Specialty 01

Concussion care

Whether from sport, a fall, or a collision, concussions rarely resolve on their own timeline — and lingering symptoms are common when they're not managed properly.

My care includes structured assessment, treatment of the neck (a frequent hidden driver of post-concussion symptoms), and a graduated plan to return to work, school, and sport safely.

  • Post-concussion symptom management
  • Cervical spine assessment and treatment
  • Headache and dizziness support
  • Graduated return-to-activity guidance

Specialty 02

TMJ & jaw pain

Clicking, locking, grinding, and jaw tension often trace back to the temporomandibular joint — and frequently show up as headaches, ear pain, or neck stiffness.

I treat both the joint itself and the muscles around it, combining hands-on techniques with soft-tissue work for lasting relief.

  • Jaw pain, clicking, and restricted opening
  • Tension headaches linked to the jaw and neck
  • Clenching and grinding-related tension
  • Hands-on and soft-tissue TMJ techniques
