Treating the cause, not just the symptom
I'm a chiropractor serving the Niagara Region from two clinics — Accelerated Health & Wellness in Fonthill and Rebel Soul Massage & Wellness in Thorold.
My approach starts with a thorough assessment to find the true source of your pain. From there, I build a plan from a broad toolkit: Diversified, Drop, and Flexion-Distraction adjusting techniques, acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), muscle release therapy (MRT), and low-level laser therapy.
A focus on concussions and TMJ
Beyond general practice, I have a particular focus on two conditions that are often under-treated: concussions and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Both frequently involve the neck and jaw working together, and both respond well to careful, structured hands-on care.

I explain clearly what's going on and build a treatment plan from the techniques that fit your condition, comfort level, and timeline.
Treatment
In most cases, I begin treatment the same day — so you leave your first appointment already on the way to feeling better.
